Trajectory Leadership Group
Be one of 12 leaders selected to participate in the 2nd round of the American Express/Support Center Trajectory Leadership Group, beginning on September 14, 2012, generously subsidized by American Express, and facilitated by Support Center consultants. Subsequent meetings will be held on the 2nd Friday of each month.
If you are an Executive Director or CEO of a small to mid-sized nonprofit organization, you cannot afford to miss this opportunity. Managing change is critical for organizational sustainability. Why not access the collective wisdom of fellow executives for inspiration and support?
The American Express/Support Center Trajectory Leadership Group is a select group of dedicated leaders committed to learning from each other, challenging each other, and inspiring each other to find creative solutions to management, operations, and sustainability issues.

Monthly breakfast meetings with your very own “confidential advisory board”
Guest speakers from the field talking about challenges facing today’s CEOs
1-on-1 coaching to delve more deeply into goals and action plans

To apply:
Applications are being accepted online at www.supportcenteronline.org by submitting a resume and a cover letter. In your cover letter, please tell us why you would like to be considered for acceptance into the American Express/Support Center Trajectory Leadership Group at this time in your career. Applicants will be interviewed by Support Center staff on a rolling basis through August 2012 and notified of their status within two weeks of receipt of application.
Fee:
Members make a commitment to active participation for one year beginning in September 2012 and continuing through September 2013 (No meeting in August 2013).
The fee for participation is based on agency budget.
If your organization's budget is $1 million and under, the fee is $1,750.
If you organization's budget is over $1 million, your fee is $2,500.
