Now in its sixth year, Support Center’s developing leader program, The Leadership Collaborative (TLC), engages emerging social sector leaders in a structured peer group to support, advise, and inspire their fellow leaders. The program’s goals include:
DETAILS: The 2020 program starts on May 14 and concludes in December. The cost per participant is $1,200, with partial scholarships available on a case-by-case basis.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Increase awareness of leadership style by providing a safe space for growth
- Strengthen strategic decision making skills through case studies and a capstone project
- Equip leaders with tools to invoke change in the organizations and communities served
