Description
Now in its sixth year, Support Center’s developing leader program, The Leadership Collaborative (TLC), engages emerging social sector leaders in a structured peer group to support, advise, and inspire their fellow leaders.  The program’s goals include:
  • Increase awareness of leadership style by providing a safe space for growth
  • Strengthen strategic decision making skills through case studies and a capstone project
  • Equip leaders with tools to invoke change in the organizations and communities served
Through ten in-person gatherings, participants learn creative solutions to management, operations, and sustainability challenges. Since TLC's inception in 2012, we’ve trained a diverse group of leaders from the NYC tri-state area representing all areas of the social sector.
